After a very satisfied visit to the Dutch Poultry Expo, Strocon will also be present at the Dutch Pork Expo on October 12 & 13. The trade event where the complete pig farming from the Netherlands and the German and Belgian border regions comes together. This is the perfect place to expand your network, gain knowledge through interactive workshops, discover new trends and developments or find inspiration from over 180 exhibitors. Whatever the reason for visiting, this place offers everything that pig farming has to offer. 

Strocon will be present on the exhibition floor with its own stand, where we will go deeply into our various techniques, where manure processing is of course central. Making a valuable product from manure is something we are good at at Strocon, but how exactly does that work? 

We have various processes for this, which make this possible with the help of innovative systems. The crucial step for proper processing is separation of waste flows into a thick and thin fraction. The thin fraction is evaporated to valuable final flow by means of accurate filtration. The solid fraction is dried in our unique drying tunnels. This robust machine is suitable for drying solid (including poultry manure, solid fraction, wood chips and biomass) and liquid products such as digestate. Dried manure can be pelletized with the Tiger 750 pellet press, resulting in a volume reduction of approximately 75% is. At Strocon we attach great importance to the well-being of the environment. To reduce the emission of hazardous substances and/or substances that affect the environment, we use air scrubbers and nitrogen strippers. We have years of experience in advising, producing and maintaining various environmentally conscious systems and installations. In short, from the incoming manure to the valuable end flow, everything will be discussed here.
