Industrial dryer
The Strocon drying tunnel is made for drying poultry manure, digestate, wood chips, vegetables and many other forms of (residual) flows. With 2, 4 or 6 layers and lengths of up to 50 meters, a large drying capacity can be achieved. The layers are provided with stainless steel perforated plates that are linked to an industrial chain. This chain is driven by planetary gear motors. Various dosing systems are available for the different products.
The manure from the barn is distributed on the top layer via an elevator belt. At the end of each layer, the manure falls to a lower level due to a forced tilting of the plates. The barn air or heated outside air is forced through the perforated plates with manure using high-pressure fans. After the bottom layer, the dry manure is removed via augers. Dust under the system is automatically discharged together with the dried product by means of a scraper.
Het unieke indoseersysteem van Strocon maakt het mogelijk vloeibare producten te drogen. Een deel van het gedroogde product wordt teruggebracht op de platen. Het indoseerstysteem zorgt voor het inbrengen van de vloeistof in dit product. De vloeistof zal door het gedroogde product worden opgenomen.
Strocon can supply the right drying tunnel for every project. You can choose from a machine with 2, 4 or 6 drying layers. The length of the machine can be extended per 2 meters.
