Separating products and waste

The Strocon unpacker is able to separate products from packaging, such as laminated cardboard and plastic. The product goes through a shredder that grinds the packaging into small pieces. Afterwards it goes through a mixer. The mixer ensures that the last remnants of liquid are removed from the packaging. The product is then passed to a screw press, which finally separates the product completely from the packaging.

The shredder cuts fruit and vegetables, food and other residual products into smaller pieces. The shredder is also very suitable for the import of compost or digesters. Due to a different construction of the blades, the fineness of the outgoing product can be changed. The knife package is standard made of Hardox steel and can be produced in various thicknesses and materials. Capacity and speed can be adjusted. The shredder can be made in steel or stainless steel. Specifications can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
