Drying of agricultural and agro-industrial residual flows
The latest generation of drying tunnels are made of stainless steel and of industrial quality. Corrosion caused by ammonia or acids is thus prevented and a long service life is guaranteed. Strocon's many years of experience has resulted in a sustainable drying tunnel.
Solid design
The unique rail system ensures very low friction, partly because of this it is possible to make tunnels of 50 meters in length. The planetary drive is directly connected to the shaft and pulls the perforated plates forward via an industrial chain. This direct drive in combination with the forced tilting is maintenance-free.
Dosing solids and liquids
There are various options for dosing the product on the dryer. A swivel belt is used for poultry manure, which doses the product lightly and evenly onto the plates. A swing mixer is used for applications where liquids are dried.
