Automatic spreading of straw stalls
The Python Spreader is a straw spreader for round and square bales that moves through the barn mounted on a rail. A voltage rail provides a constant and reliable power supply to the machine. With a straw spreader, spreading is done daily and evenly. Constantly using a small layer of straw saves the straw.

 

Control and operation
The machine starts manually or via preset start times. In order to achieve an accurate distribution, it is possible to place various pulses per lane and to make separate settings. Both spreading discs can be set separately. The machine can be operated via the touchscreen on the control box or via a mobile device.

The knife rotor has a large diameter to dose the straw evenly on the spreading discs. To prevent jamming of the blade rotor, the product supply is automatically adjusted if the load is too high. The spreading discs with fingers ensure a minimum amount of dust.
